Sam Rogers and falling partner, Aaron Howard, are shown working on a patch of timber near Swan Lake, Montana. Sam says,"Nothing like the coast, but (these trees are) pretty good for this day and age in this part of the country."
Sam adds,"(These trees) made some nice cedar logs in spite of the rot."
According to Sam,"The Grand Fir didn't have a lot of diameter on the stump, but they didn't lose it, and were nice and tall."
Sam finishes with, "We sure like you guys. Madsen's is the last of the actual saw shops that still cater to real timber fallers. You know what we need, and you've got it at the right price."
